User Accounts

If you create an account on our website or through our white-labelled software at app.flexmediahub.com, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized uses of your account or any other breaches of security.

Intellectual Property Rights

Other than content you own, which you may have opted to include on these platforms, under these Terms, Flex Media Hub and/or its licensors own all rights to the intellectual property and material contained in this service, and all such rights are reserved.

Third-Party Services

Flex Media Hub utilizes Go High Level white-label software to provide certain aspects of our services, hosted under our custom URL app.flexmediahub.com. Note the following:

• Data Handling: Any data you provide may be managed in accordance with our privacy practices and those permissible under our agreement with Go High Level.

• Service Integration: Some backend processes are managed through Go High Level’s technology.

• Service Availability: We aim for high availability, but some service aspects depend on Go High Level’s platform.

Restrictions

You are specifically restricted from all of the following:

• Publishing any website material in any media without proper authorization;

• Selling, sublicensing, and/or otherwise commercializing any website material;

• Publicly performing and/or showing any website material;

• Using these platforms in any way that is, or may be, damaging to these platforms;

• Using these platforms in any way that impacts user access to these platforms;

• Using these platforms contrary to applicable laws and regulations, or in a way that causes, or may cause, harm to the platforms, or to any person or business entity.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Flex Media Hub, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of these platforms whether such liability is under contract. Flex Media Hub, including its officers, directors, and employees shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of these platforms.

Indemnification

You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent Flex Media Hub from and against any and/or all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages, and expenses arising in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms.

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the UK for the resolution of any disputes.
